Due to the custom nature of Quartz and Granite Slabs, all sales are final once the slabs have been cut, fabricated, or altered in any way. These materials are custom-tailored to individual specifications, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note the following:

• Inspection Prior to Purchase: Customers are encouraged to inspect the slabs in person or request detailed images before purchase to ensure satisfaction with the color, pattern, and quality.
• Fabrication and Installation: Once a slab has been fabricated (cut, polished, or modified) or installed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Natural Material Variations: Quartz and Granite are natural materials, and variations in color, veining, and texture are normal and not considered defects. These variations do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
• Damages During Transport or Delivery: Any claims for damages during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your slabs upon receipt and notify us immediately if there is an issue.
